Interactive Technology Limited manages artist application details on behalf of its clients.

We use The OLIST to store your personal data and when you use the OESS to enter an open exhibition or call to artists, this information is share with the exhibition organisers.

The OESS (Open Exhibition Submission and Selection) system is used to collect, and process for the purpose of selection, application details submitted by ‘The Artist’.

We collect information about you to manage your account and applications to open exhibitions and, if you agree, to email you about other open exhibitions, products and services we think may be of interest to you.

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. If you agree, we shall pass on your personal information to our clients who specifically use the OESS to manage their open exhibitions so that they may process your open exhibition application.

Interactive Technology Limted will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies other than those managing open exhibitions using the OESS.
